The President of Bulgaria, Rosen Plevneliev, didn’t take responsibility for shutting down the project of the South Stream.

“It is clear that the South Stream is a project of cooperation not between Russia and Bulgaria, but between Russia and the EU. A resolution of the problem lies in hands of Russia and the Eurasian Union,”  Gazeta.ru cites Plevneliev.
