Head of Azerbaijani naval forces discusses regional security in Pakistan

Vice-Admiral Shain Sultanov, head of the Azerbaijani naval forces, had
a meeting with the head of Pakistan's Combined Chiefs of Staff, Tarik
Madjid. They discussed regional security, bilateral cooperation in
defense and other issues, Trend reports.

Sultanov arrived on Monday. He met Madjid in Chaklal. Sultanov
expressed his condolences for the victims of floods in Pakistan.
Madjid expressed gratefulness to the Azerbaijani government and its
people for providing $2 million and goods worth $690,000 for the
victims of floods in Pakistan.
