Healthcare Ministry says 4 people died in counter-terrorism operation in Grozny

According to the Russian Healthcare Ministry, 4 people died and 21 were wounded (3 gravely and 18 medium) in a counter-terrorism operation in the center of Grozny. A source in the ministry is unaware of whether the victims were military or civilians, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier reports said 7 law enforcers had been killed and 18 injured.
