Russian president proposes full amnesty of capital
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussian President Vladimir Putin proposed a full amnesty for capital in his Annual Address to the Federal Assembly. In his words, people returning stolen capital to Russia will get guarantees that no criminal or administrative prosecution would follow.
The president added that small-scale businesses needed rest from surveillance agencies. According to his plan, businesses operating without complaints for three years should be free from scheduled checks for the following three years.
Moreover, Putin proposed leaving the current tax rates in the country unchanged for four years.
