Putin’s Annual Address followed by fall of ruble value

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Annual Address to the Federal Assembly has been followed by a fall of ruble prices. As of 12.32, the dollar price gained 0.30 rubles and reached 53.35 rubles. The euro gained 0.09 rubles and reached 65.70 rubles, Gazeta.ru reports.
