U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said at a session of the OSCE council of foreign ministers in Basel today that the U.S. was not trying to isolate Russia, it was trying to convince Moscow to help resolve the crisis in Ukraine. Kerry added that Moscow should return Crimea to Ukraine, Interfax reports.

The secretary of state reminded that Russia’s steps provoked mistrust in the international community and had a negative impact on the lives of ordinary citizens.
