Kyiv ready to give more power to regions

The Ukrainian authorities are ready to give more power to the country's regions, RIA Novosti cites Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko as saying.

"Local communities would like to have more opportunities. We are ready to start the process of decentralization of power," Poroshenko said.
