Fate of Mistrals depends on execution of Minsk agreements, says French president

French President Francois Hollande told journalists in Paris after arriving from Moscow that the fate of the Mistral helicopter carriers depended on the execution of the Minsk agreements, RIA Novosti reports.

The French leader characterized negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin as progress followed by regress. He noted that disappointments should not be surprising in such a context.
