U.S. secretary of state says Israeli settlement construction undermines peace process

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said that the Israeli process of settlement construction was undermining the peace process in the Middle East. He added that disagreements between Israel and the U.S. were open, though ties would still remain firm, RIA Novosti reports.
