Serbia says failure of South Stream project will harm Russia and EU

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that cancellation of the South Stream pipeline project will harm Russia and the EU. He added that a pipeline between Serbia and Bulgaria would not substitute for South Stream.
