Natalia Ulchenko on a breakthrough in relations between Russia and Turkey

Natalya Ulchenko, the head of the Turkish section of the RAS Institute of Oriental Studies, talks about relations between Russia and Turkey. On December 1, President of Russia Vladimir Putin visited Turkey in order to take part in the fifth session of the Top-Level Cooperation Council.
