Ukrainian PM to build wall on Russian border in four years

 

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that the Wall project on the Russian-Ukrainian border will be completed in 4 years. In his words, the project will cost 8 billion hryvnias, TASS reports.The prime minister noted that up to 5% of the GDP should be spent on national security, defenses and law enforcement.
