The editor-in-chief of VK, Alexei Vlasov, said today at a meeting at RIA Novosti that disagreements in the OSCE Minsk group prevent a resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, News Armenia reports.
Vlasov was speaking at a meeting with journalists from the North and South Caucasus, as well as participants of the journalist school organized by the Pen-club RIAN.
He also said the Karabakh conflict should be semi-frozen, but meetings should take place to prevent any outbreak of military activities.
