Houses of militants’ relatives destroyed in Chechnya

Unidentified arsonists set four houses on fire in Yandi (45km south of Grozny) on the night of December 6-7. The arsonists arrived on 14 vehicles and kept locals away from the burning houses that allegedly belonged to relatives of militants possibly involved in the attack on the Print House in Grozny on December 4, Slon.ru reports.Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on Instagram on December 5 that it was time to punish relatives of militants. Militants’ families will be driven out of the republic and their houses raised to the ground.Kadyrov blames parents of militants for their children’s actions. Other culprits, in his opinion, are the people who do not report about terrorists to the police.
