Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey round up 2014 in Kars

Since the previous meeting in Ganja on February 19, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, who has become the prime minister, has been replaced by Cavusoglu, Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze resigned over a corruption scandal and was replaced by Beruchashvili.
The countries plan to continue cooperation in realization of joint energy and transportation projects. The Trans-Anatolia Pipeline and the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway are the highlights of their collaboration.
Turkish media say that the talks started tete-a-tete. Ministers exchanged opinions on cooperation in the region and assessed the decisions made in Ganja.
