Militants eliminated in Nalchik were planning terrorist attack

The four militants killed in a counter-terrorism operation in a five-storey building today were planning a terrorist attack. Law enforcers found two SMGs, a pistol and an improvised bomb equivalent to 3kg of TNT, Interfax reports.
