Zhirinovsky: “Sanctions are a reason for development”

Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the LDPR leader, shared his view on the sanctions launched against Russia. The politician states that such measures enabled the USSR in the early 20th century to make an industrial breakthrough. So Russian has an opportunity to produce all necessary goods by itself.
