Ex-Istanbul police chief accused of cooperating with terrorists

The former police chief of Istanbul, Hanefi Avci, has been accused of
cooperating with a terrorist organization, Trend reports, citing the
newspaper Zaman. Avci was arrested on Tuesday. Police found weapons in
his house.
