Russian migration chief recommends illegal migrants to mark New Year at home

Russian Federal Migration Service Chief Constantine Romodanovsky has recommended all foreigners violating Russian migration laws to leave and mark this New Year in their homelands. In his words, Russia will punish illegal migrants spending over a year in Russia by banning them from the country for 10 years, RIA Novosti reports.
