Dollar and euro prices going up again in Russia

The raising of the key rate to 17% by the Central Bank brought the dollar price down to 58.15 rubles, the euro price to 72.45 rubles on the Moscow Exchange. However, as of 10.41am, the dollar price went up to 61.07 rubles and the euro price to 75.98 rubles.
