Attempt to rob teacher during lesson in Georgia

In the Georgian village of Melauri in the Imereti district a man tried to rob a rural school teacher during a lesson, the press service of the Interior Ministry reported.

"The investigation revealed that Badri L. on December 15 of this year, during the learning process broke into a public district school in the village of Samtredia Melauri in a mask and made threats with a blade, demanding that the school teacher to give his gold jewellery, then hid from the scene of the crime," News - Georgia quoted a statement by the press service of the Ministry of the Interior.

Within a few hours the police accidentally arrested the perpetrator, who confessed to the crime.
