Kabardian village of Nijnyaya Zhemtala opens first kindergarten

"This kindergarten is an ornament of the village, it is clear the builders worked from the heart and now the parents will not have to take their children to the neighboring village," the head of the republic Yuri Kokova is quoted by Interfax.
The new pre-school cost the federal and republican budget 75 million rubles, Minister of Construction of the republic Anzor Tutukov said. Construction was carried out in a year.
