Baku and Tehran universities sign cooperation memorandum

Academician Abel Magerramov, the rector of the Baku State University, and Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, the rector of the Tehran University, have signed a cooperation memorandum. Dr. Ahmedrza Khazri, Ahmadabi's advisor, and Dr. Mohammadbagir Gakhramani were part of the Iranian delegation. They discussed partnership, exchange of teachers and students, Trend reports.
