Russian oil companies operating on Caspian shelf to receive incentives

Russian oil companies operating on the Caspian shelf will receive tax
incentives, the Russian presidential envoy to the North Caucasus
Federal District said, RIA Novosti reports.

Alexander Khloponin said that the incentives and preferences are being
prepared. Russian oil extractors say that conditions on the Caspian
shelf are complicated. Khloponin pointed out the active oil extraction
carried out by Azerbaijan.
