SOCAR and Goldman Sachs sell 30% of Petlim Limancılık A.Ş.

SOCAR Turkey Enerji and Goldman Sachs have signed a deal on the sale of 30% of Petlim Limancılık A.Ş. for $250 million. Petkim owns 100% of its shares, Trend reports.

Kenan Yavuz, a member of the board of Petkim, said that part of the shares may be put up for privatization. Initially, 25% of shares of Petlim Limancılık were planned to be privatized.
