Lermontov needs another New Year tree

The mayor of Lermontov (Stavropol Territory) has received a letter from local inhabitants demanding a better New Year tree. One of the proposals was to move New Year tree decorations to a tree on a playground in the park and organize celebrations there, Yuga.ru reports.

Authors of the letter say that they decorated the lower part of the tree with toys on December 20 and asked the administration to help decorate the rest.
