Russian-Abkhazian agreement ratified by Abkhazian parliament

Today the Abkhazian parliament ratified the Treaty with Russia on alliance and strategic partnership, which was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba in Sochi on November 24.
