Berel Lazar: “The Jewish community is reviving in the North Caucasus”

Berel Lazar, the Chief Rabbi of Russia, told Vestnik Kavkaza about the current life of Jews in the North Caucasus. He says that a lot is being done for revival of the Jewish community in republics of the region.
