Federation Council of Russia to invalidate cession of Crimea to Ukraine

Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko said that senators were working on invalidation of the 1954 agreement ceding Crimea to the Ukrainian SSR. Senators say that the document was adopted violating the Constitutional and legislative procedures, TASS reports.
