US president forbids Iranian functionaries to enter country

US President Barack Obama has signed a decree allowing the State
Department and the Finance Department to introduce sanctions against 8
Iranian functionaries guilty of grave violations of human rights,
according to US information, RIA Novosti reports, citing the official
spokesman of the White House Robert Gibbs.

The document says that these measures are part of the US unilateral
sanctions against Iranian functionaries.
