Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signs Law on State Budget for 2015

The document, which will come into force on January 1, proposes that the state budget of Azerbaijan in 2015 will have revenues of 19.438 billion manats and expenses of 21.1 billion manats. The budget deficit is limited to 1.662 billion manats, abc.az reports.

The basis of the state budget revenues in 2015 will amount to transfers from the State Oil Fund (10.388 billion manats), VAT charges (3,456 billion manats) and income tax (2.211 billion manats).

At the same time, defense spending will exceed 1.778 billion manats, transfers to the State Social Protection Fund will be $1.1 billion manats, public investment - 6.930 billion manats.
