Evacuations after car bomb found in south Russia

Two residential tower blocks and a school were evacuated in the
southern Russia city of Stavropol on Thursday after police found a car
bomb nearby.

The car, parked outside a cafe in the west of the city, contains a
corpse covered in explosives, a police officer told RIA Novosti.
