Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said that prices for buckwheat will have normalized in Russia by February, Gazeta.ru reports.

He noted that high prices for buckwheat were a result of a poor harvest in 2014. More buckwheat will enter the Russian market as soon as snow melts, according to the vice prime minister.
