Kiev and Donetsk exchange prisoners

Donbass has delivered 150 Ukrainian soldiers and officers 30km north of Donetsk, halfway from Kostantinovka, for exchange. Ukrainian authorities sent a list with 222 names of prisoners it wants released.

Donetsk Ombudswoman Darya Morozova said that they will use the "225 for 150" scheme of exchange.
