Almost 100 kg of explosives defused in Stavropol

Two explosive devices were defused in Stavropol today, containing over 90 kg of explosive material, RIA Novosti reports, citing the National Counter-Terrorism Committee.
One bomb containing around 60 kg of explosives was discovered in a car and another radio-controlled explosive device was found hidden behind a mound of trash 40 meters away.
