Gazprom receives full construction package for underwater section of South Stream

Gazprom has become the owner of 100% of South Stream Transport B.V., a company created for construction of the underwater section of South Stream. The Russian concern had possessed 50% of the shares, the rest belonged to Eni (20%), Germany's Wintershall (15%) and France's EDF (15%). The Gazprom board of directors has approved the deal, RBC reports.
