Russian National Welfare Fund to grant VTB Bank 100 billion rubles

The Russian National Welfare Fund will grant VTB Bank 100 billion rubles, according to order N2739-r of the government passed on December 27, 2014. The sum will subordinate the deposit of the bank, Gazeta.ru reports.
