Chechnya to restore Grozny-Nazran railway

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said in Grozny that the government was working on restoring the Grozny-Nazran railway. In his words, the federal government was reluctant to help in the reconstruction project, Kadyrov's press service reports.
