New cognac factory starts being constructed in Armenia

The president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has participated in founding ceremony of a new wine and cognac factory in the Aragatsot region of the republic, ARKA reportc, citing the president's press-service.
The factory will be consructed by the agricultural Golden Grape Armas company.
