New Year starts in Russia's Far East

The New Year has already started in the Far Eastern regions of Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated them, thanking them for their understanding, reliability, patience and hard work throughout 2014.

Putin called on citizens to realize their plans for their children and the country.
