Armenian representative to CSTO dismissed

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has dismissed Permanent Representative to the CSTO Araik Badalyan. The latter will soon be promoted to CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha's deputy, RIA Novosti reports.
