Margvelashvili: Georgia will continue establishing free society

President Georgi Margvelashvili addressed the citizens of the republic and stated that “Georgia would continue its path to establishing a free society based on the well-being of its citizens.” “2014 was very important for Georgia. Our country took a step toward establishing a free society, and we will continue on this path,” he said. The President wished the population “peace, happiness, and prosperity” and expressed "the hope that Georgia would be a united country.”
The Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said in his address that “2014 was a difficult year for the region and the whole world, but the Georgian government managed to preserve peace in the country, and this could be a basis for future successes.”
