South Russia bombs were equal to 60 kg of TNT

The strength of the two explosive devices defused in Stavropol was
equal to 60 kg of TNT, RIA Novosti reports, citing police.

Both devices were equal to 30 kg of TNT. They had radio detonators.

Two residential tower blocks and a school were evacuated when the
first car - containing a corpse covered in explosives - was
discovered.
