Train and minibus crash in Georgia takes toll

A train and a minibus have crashed in Georgia. There are victims. A fast train proceeding from Western Georgia to Tbilisi and a minibus collided. The crash took place near the village of Marani in Western Georgia, killing three passengers of the minibus. Two children who were in the minibus suffered no harm.

The Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia said that the collision took place because the minibus driver didn’t notice the approaching train while crossing the track at an unauthorised place, Trend reports.
