Russia to conduct land reform  In 2015, Russia introduces new land acquisition rules. Citizens will be given the opportunity to buy land at a price several times lower than the market price. In general, the procedure will be made much more simplified, Deputy Economic Development Minister, Pavel Korolev said.The law provides a procedure for identifying lands taken over illegally and introduces higher fines for the violation of land property laws.
