Obama returns from Hawaii before heading to India

US President Barack Obama has finished his Christmas vacation on Hawaii and returned to Washington. According to his schedule, in January the head of the White House will focus on issues of South Asia.

President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry will make their first international tour in 2015 to India. As observers note, thereby the United States will not only make efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, but also send a signal to neighboring countries with India.

The visit of the top American visitors is expected to start in New Delhi on January 26 on Republic Day.
