Donetsk People's Republic accuses Kiev of attempts to disrupt peace settlement

The official representative of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk has accused Kiev of trying to disrupt the peace process in the east of Ukraine.

He noted that the security forces of Ukraine are blocking transport connections between the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and that the Ukrainian side continues to fire heavy weapons at Donetsk.
