Rogozin distinguishes between freedom of speech and insults

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin called for a distinction to be made between freedom of speech and defamation of deep human emotions. Such a message he posted on his Twitter account.

 

"Terrorism is evil. There are no excuses for it. But freedom of expression cannot be a substitute with the freedom to insult deep feelings of people," the tweet text is quoted by RIA Novosti.
