Stavropol Territory to establish reserve grain fund

 

Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has declared plans to create a reserve grain fund to regulate bread prices. He noted that prices for wheat had risen from 6 rubles after the harvesting to 11 rubles, stabilizing at 9 rubles. The fluctuations should not affect the work of bakeries and bread prices, the governor added, Yuga.ru reports.The regulated price for the so-called “social” bread was raised by 4% (about 0.50 rubles) per loaf weighing 0.5kg in 2015.
