NATO remains committed to political cooperation with Russia, says German leader

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the Alliance was not pursuing an anti-Russian policy and was committed to cooperation, following article 5, RIA Novosti reports.
